We are looking for an SAP LE / WM Consultant to join a growing organization in Toronto, ON. In this permanent role, you will support logistics and warehouse management processes, partner with business and IT teams, and contribute to ongoing system improvements in a hybrid work environment. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, translating business needs into functional solutions, and working within both SAP ECC 6.0 and, ideally, S/4HANA environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support and optimize SAP Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management processes across inventory handling, picking, storage, shipping, and related warehouse activities.
- Investigate system issues, coordinate timely incident resolution, and deliver enhancements that improve day-to-day operational performance.
- Gather business needs from stakeholders and convert them into detailed functional specifications for technical and process improvements.
- Collaborate with end-users, business teams, and IT partners to ensure solutions align with operational requirements and best practices.
- Participate in regional or site-level SAP rollouts, including configuration support, testing, and user readiness activities.
- Provide ongoing application support for SAP LE and WM modules while monitoring process effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Assist with solution design and integration efforts within SAP ECC 6.0 and contribute to S/4HANA-related initiatives where applicable.
- Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to address process gaps and strengthen logistics execution capabilities.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Logistics Execution and SAP Warehouse Management.
- Practical knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, with exposure to or strong preference for experience in S/4HANA environments.
- Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations, including inventory control, picking, storage, and shipping workflows.
- Proven ability to write clear, organized functional specifications based on business and operational requirements.
- Experience providing application support, resolving incidents, and delivering system enhancements in a business-facing role.
- Ability to work effectively with IT teams, operational stakeholders, and end-users as a key point of coordination.
- Background in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Familiarity with broader enterprise systems and related technologies such as ERP, CRM, SAP EWM, or SAP HANA is considered an asset.
