As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Intermediate Architect to join our team responsible for redevelopment projects and contemporary interventions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of relevant experience and wishes to evolve in an environment where heritage projects coexist with ambitious contemporary interventions.

Participate in all project phases, from design through to construction.

Develop and coordinate contract documents.

Collaborate with consultants and various stakeholders to ensure the coordination of plans and specifications.

Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to projects.

Participate in the management of projects, teams, and consultants.
-
Conduct site visits, handle contract administration, and write progress reports.
-
Ensure construction work complies with contract documents and project requirements.
-
Prepare, facilitate, and document project meetings.
-
Contribute to the preparation of service proposals, schedules, and budget estimates.
-
Mentor and support more junior architects or technologists in their professional development.

Architect in good standing with the Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ) or the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA).

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architecture.

Significant experience in contract document preparation, construction-phase services, and contract administration.

Excellent knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and technical detailing.

Knowledge of built heritage conservation and interventions on existing buildings.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign is considered an asset.

Valid driver's license is considered an asset.

French-English bilingualism is considered an asset to collaborate with our teams and partners in Ontario.

Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required for certain federal mandates).
