Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a lively, professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products and displays effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, including phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online channels
Qualifications
- Previous cashiering experience is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs. Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and courteously
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
