Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator for all phases of civil construction, including final grade and precision work
- Perform routine equipment care: fueling, greasing, cleaning
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with ground crews and other equipment operators
- Follow site safety protocols and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of excavator operating experience in civil construction
- Strong understanding of the civil construction industry
- Proven skills as a finish operator
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work well with others
- Pride in workmanship and strong work ethic
- Valid BC Driver’s License (Class 1 with air brakes an asset)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Current First Aid certification is an asset (not required)
- Willingness to travel out of town for projects occasionally as required

- Based on experience and qualifications
