Job Summary

Duties
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories using dealership catalogs, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and inventory management software
- Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain organized stock levels by managing inventory counts, order fulfillment, and restocking supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely availability of parts needed for repairs and maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clear communication and a friendly attitude
- Utilize dealership marketing tools to promote parts specials or promotions to customers
- Keep detailed records of sales, orders, and customer interactions using Microsoft Excel or other organizational tools
Skills
- Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive parts environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail sales processes, and order fulfillment procedures
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a strong plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of CDK software is advantageous
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating proper cashiering etiquette
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory management and sales calculations
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting
- Experience with automotive repair processes or maintenance procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role
