Sorell Insulation is a fast-growing Calgary insulation company specializing in attic upgrades and energy-efficiency improvements. We are looking for a physically fit, reliable individual who isn’t afraid of hard work and tight spaces.
This is hands-on work inside residential attics installing soffit baffles, repairing vapour barriers, upgrading ventilation, replacing bathroom fan hoses, and assisting with blown-in insulation.
If you like staying active, working with a small team, and taking pride in doing things properly — this is not a boring job.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working inside residential attics (tight spaces, low clearance)
- Installing soffit baffles and rafter vents
- Replacing and sealing bathroom fan exhaust hoses
- Assisting with blown-in fiberglass insulation installs
- Vapour barrier repair and air sealing
- Setting up and cleaning up job sites
- Working safely on ladders and roofs when required
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces
- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable with heights and ladders
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation required
Construction or insulation experience is an asset — but not required. We will train the right person.
