Upper Canada Truck Sales is a boutique high-end retailer of low mileage, late model transport trucks. Founded in November 1995 by Shaun Boughen (President), the business has evolved into a household name in the transportation industry over the past 25 years.
Today we have locations in Innisfil, ON (South of Barrie) and Saskatoon, SK (minutes from YXE airport).
Upper Canada Truck Sales is looking to hire a full-time Key Holder/Sr. Sales Representative and main point of contact at our Saskatoon, SK location.
You will be the starting point from which we continue to grow our western division to match the highly skilled professionals and the robust environment we currently have in Ontario.
Our goal is 100% customer loyalty and satisfaction in everything we do.
What you bring:
-Extremely self-motivated and driven to SUCCEED
-5 years of proven sales experience and track record of setting and attaining goals.
-A positive and upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Excellent communication skills and drive to the highest level of customer experience.
-Strong negotiation skills
-Meticulous attention to detail and organization (time management?)
-Autonomous and self-driven to achieve and exceed target sales goals.
-Ability to work both in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. As the sole contact for our western operations, you will interact daily with the sales team in Ontario.
-Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close, and excel at customer follow up
-Available to work Saturdays from 10 am-2 pm.
-Professional at all times and calm when navigating post-sale issue resolution.
-Post-secondary education.
-Very strong computer skills
-Experience working with CRM tools. Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred but not necessary.
-Industry knowledge is not necessary but an asset.
-Sales experience at a dealership is NOT mandatory but desired.
-Valid driver's license required. A truck (class 1) license is an asset.

Pay: Base salary plus commissions with uncapped earning potential. OTE in the $95,000-$125,000 range.
