- Greet guests and make them feel welcome
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred but not required
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
