Job Summary
Enduro Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication and organization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in budget management and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools is a plus.
- Hybrid role between in-office & work from home
- Means of own transportation is a plus
