Overview
We are seeking a professional Seasonal Receptionist to join our team. As the Receptionist, you will ensure that phone calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate department. You will be responsible for entering production tickets as orders are received, issuing orders to the shop using sequenced part numbers, entering part status sheets daily, and recording finished tags in the appropriate databases in a timely manner. You will also provide basic quotations, assist customers, and support administrative functions within the office.
Job Duties
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Schedule office shipments through courier services.
- Organize office supplies and maintain a tidy reception and work area.
- Print start-up sheets for production on a monthly basis.
- Print production tags for the shop as required.
- Enter production sheets into the shop database daily.
- Enter orders and sequence part numbers in the shop database.
- Enter finished tags into the shop and drafting databases daily.
- Prepare packing slips for customers and drivers using the production database.
- Process shipments against customer orders in the production database.
- Match invoices to packing slips for record-keeping purposes.
- Prepare invoice books for store orders.
- Prepare simple quotations and enter ticket and quote information for staff.
- Conduct monthly inventory counts of sealers.
- Print and prepare product-related materials.
- Assist other office staff as required.

Education and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- One to three years of experience in an office setting is considered an asset.

Pay: $21.40-$22.40 per hour
