We're looking for a reliable and skilled Renovation Helper to join our team and support our crews across a variety of job sites.
Role Overview
As a Renovation Helper, you'll work alongside our renovation team on a range of interior and exterior projects. You'll be expected to contribute hands-on skills, show up ready to work, and adapt to different project types and locations across the GTA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and perform tasks in one or more of the following trades: demolition, drywall installation and mudding, tiling, wood framing, and steel framing
- Prepare job sites, including material handling, tool setup, and cleanup
- Follow instructions from the site supervisor and lead renovator
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with health & safety standards
- Travel to various job sites across the GTA as assigned
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the project lead promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on renovation or construction experience
- Proficiency in at least one or more of the following areas: demolition, drywall & mudding, tiling, wood framing, or steel framing
- Ability to commute reliably to different job sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy materials
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Valid driver's license is an asset
