Responsibilities
' Lead the preparation and cooking of Middle Eastern and Western dishes ensuring high quality standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations.
- Develop new menu items that reflect authentic flavors and customer preferences.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with management to uphold brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.'
- Qualifications
' Proven supervising experience in a restaurant setting.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
- Extensive restaurant management or kitchen experience.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Passion for Middle Eastern & Western cuisine.
- Excellent communication skills.
