Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Service Hand to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations by assisting with cleaning, maintenance, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining facilities to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Inspect, mantain and repair equipment
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and visitors
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Service Shale shakers
- Load, unload, assemble and test equipment
- Travel to field worksites
- Assist with warehouse duties, in town deliveries
Skills
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong Safety awareness
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Oilfield equipment knowledge considered an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid class 5 drivers license, with a clean abstract
- Safety Certifications preferred (H2S, 1stAid, CSO)
Work Environment
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Travel throughout Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan
- Occasional extended hours, weekends and out-of-town work
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
