BILINGUAL (FRENCH & ENGLISH) QUALITY ANALYST

SUMMARY

The Bilingual Quality Analyst is accountable for supporting the Document Control Specialist as well as the regional Quality Managers with their day-to-day activities.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support and guidance to the RP-1 operational team with their policies, processes, work instructions and forms to ensure information is presented in a cohesive, organized, consistent, and timely manner;
Prepare documentation (policy, work instruction, flowchart, etc.) and provide training sessions (in person or online) to explain document control processes and activities;
Process change requests from A to Z;
Assist the RP-1 Quality Managers (QMs) with their required tasks , incorporating both support of client quality monitoring activities and internal audit activities to achieve client and contract requirements, including:
Providing support with the preparation and submission of quality deliverables;
Providing support for the recording, tracking and closing of non-conformances;
Providing support and guidance to the operational team with the incident reporting process;
Monitoring operational data metrics to help identify opportunities for improvement within the Region and providing guidance and support on root cause analysis and on the design of robust action plans to improve quality activities;
Supporting QMs with the planning, execution and reporting of internal audits and providing audit and management reports in accordance with contractual requirements and the internal methodology;
Participate in special projects that are being initiated periodically by the team;
Other document control, quality and internal audit duties as assigned.

Thorough understanding of business process optimization;
Knowledge of quality management systems and practices;
Knowledge of internal audit and continuous improvement;
Data reporting, verification and analysis skills;
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
Detail oriented and trustworthy;
Effective written and communication skills;
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
Experience in Intelex and Sharepoint Point software is an asset.

Bilingualism (French & English).

EDUCATION, JOB-RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree
Previous document control, quality and internal audit experience would be an important asset

National Capital Region (Office is located on 300 Sparks Ottawa , possibility of working remotely elsewhere in the region on a periodic basis)
