What this job involves:
JLL is hiring a Project Coordinator, Workplace Technology for one of it's telecommunication clients. The Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our client's workplace technology ecosystem, providing hands-on technical support with administrative project coordination. This position requires a highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-faceted environments where technology and programs evolve continuously. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional adaptability, navigates ambiguous situations with confidence, and has a genuine passion for technology and continuous improvement.
This role has flexibility work remotely in Toronto area with requirements to be on-site with the client as needed.
What your day-to-day will look like:

Manage solution troubleshooting and support, ensuring prompt, thorough responses to stakeholder inquiries.

Support and deliver engaging demonstrations and training sessions tailored to diverse audience technical proficiency levels.

Develop comprehensive training materials including quick reference guides, video tutorials, and interactive walkthroughs that promote solution adoption.

Identify recurring pain points through support interactions and provide improvement recommendations.

Support the execution of the workplace technology roadmap, as established by Program Management..

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and enhance user experience across the technology portfolio.

Support end-to-end rollout activities including stakeholder communications, distribution logistics and training requirements.

Maintain a centralized project documentation repository including meeting notes, decision logs, communication templates, and stakeholder rosters.

Support the Project Manager, Workplace Technology in facilitating user testing groups and feedback collection activities.

Support vendor management, procurement and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to appropriate teams while maintaining budget awareness.

Act as primary point of contact for routine administrative inquiries and coordination requests.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience in operations, administrative support, project coordination, technical support, or commercial real estate environments

Demonstrated experience providing support to varied departments and teams.

Service-oriented approach with commitment to exceeding stakeholder expectations

Experience coordinating project activities and providing administrative support in technology or operations environments

Strong documentation skills with ability to create clear, user-friendly guides and reference materials

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences

Meticulous attention to detail with a strong quality assurance mindset and commitment to accuracy

Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and competing deadlines

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly in ambiguous situations with limited precedent

Proven resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments

Strong administrative skills with attention to process, procedures, and compliance requirements

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites)
Preferred Qualifications:

Active interest in workplace technology trends, particularly PropTech, CRETech, and emerging workplace solutions

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in iterative development environments

Experience in delivering training and knowledge transfer across diverse technical skill levels
Estimated compensation for this position:
58,000.00 – 62,000.00 CAD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
