Locally owned and operated. We are looking for a reliable, Lead Mainline Excavator Operator to join our company (15-year minimum experience).
Location: Based out of Cranbrook, BC and Working throughout the East & West Kootenay's
Wage: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour – 15 year minimum experience
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for a true master of the controls. If you have 15+ years of mainline excavation experience in civil construction, underground utilities, and heavy earthworks, we want you on our team. What You’ll Bring to the Trench:
- 15+ years of documented experience operating large mainline excavators on complex civil projects.
- Expert-level precision in deep trenching, grading, shoring, and safe load distribution.
- Strong understanding of grade reading, elevation tolerances, and GPS machine control systems.
- Unmatched situational awareness in fast-paced, crowded job sites working alongside pipe layers and grade crews.
- Perform work in a safe manner in accordance with safe work practices, policies and procedures
- Dedication to daily field-level hazard assessments and preventative equipment maintenance.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean abstract, Heavy Trailer Endorsement (an asset).
