Daya Real Estate has an opening for a detail oriented and responsible Executive, Administrative and Marketing Assistant to perform a variety of Administrative and Marketing tasks. Working from home is allowed.

You will have many responsibilities and wear many hats. You must Know how to make the highest and Best Use of Your time.

You have a clear and strong understanding of technology including video and marketing programs.

You have a clear understanding of Social Media and how to use it to market effectively.

You are well read, well spoken and have an incredible attention to detail.

You will be asked to Track our Business, Organize and Continually Update our Data Base, Launch New Home Listings, Schedule our Showings and activities, Manage, Develop and Contribute ideas to our Extensive Marketing Plan (Lead Generation and Lead Source Reports, Door Drops, Follow up phone calls, Blogging, Mail Pieces, Social Networking, perform basic graphic design, Manage some social Media development and execution), Organize Open Houses, Handle Calls and E-mails and Coordinate with our Partners ie. Lawyers, Inspectors, Home Stagers and Mortgage Brokers.

You will also be asked to do some Personal Management including but not limited to Accounting, Office Management, Personal Schedules, Phone Calls and E-mails, Personal Errands, Keep us on track. This position will be forever evolving with growth and Opportunity.

The Daya Real Estate team with Remax Hallmark Realty Group is seeking an Administrator to assist with day to day office tasks, marketing initiatives and maintenance of our database, website and social media sites. The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience in a real estate office environment, proficient computer skills (cloud based software), MUST be TECH SAVY, proficient in web & social media tools, ability take initiative to ensure day to day operations are effective and running smoothly, meticulous attention to detail and follow-up, working with deadlines, self motivated, organized, client service oriented, capable of thinking outside the box and the ability to take marketing projects to the next level. You are well read, well spoken and have an incredible attention to detail.
