We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Transportation Planning Project Manager to join our Canadian Planning Practice. You will be sitting in Ontario aligned to our Toronto office. You’ll be working on exciting and engaging transportation projects for our public sector clients across North America with a strong focus on the Ontario market. You’ll be working in a hybrid arrangement from home and from our Toronto office, with the expectation of travel for client meetings and team meetings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Securing and strengthening long term client partnerships to help drive the growth of our Transportation/Planning practice, through:
o Partnering with our operations, sales and market solutions leaders at a local, national and global scale to develop unique and valued client propositions.
o Being highly influential in the winning of our most important opportunities and ensuring appropriate engagement and collaboration across our Market Solutions/Subject Matter Experts.
o Leading and/or producing high quality thought leadership content and using unique insights to engage our clients.
o Representing Jacobs at industry events (conferences, etc.)
- Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver the transportation/transit planning projects in our growing portfolio.
- Supporting the growth of our practice by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Coordinating with local authorities, transit agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities, challenges, and risks for clients
