Your main tasks:
- Demonstrate adeptness in effectively marketing residential HVAC equipment.
- Conduct proficient in-home sales interactions that cater to customers' specific requirements.
- Inspect, evaluate, and assess existing HVAC and/or water heating systems, while concurrently proposing recommendations for maintenance or replacement.
- Generate comprehensive pricing, proposals, and contracts, also contributing to the coordination of projects and maintaining customer correspondence as needed.
- Engage in negotiations to secure sales, adeptly conveying the advantages and merits of the proposed solutions to customers.
- Handle documentation, facilitate payment procedures, and respond to post-sales inquiries.
- Seek reviews and referrals from satisfied clients.
- Carry out any other related tasks.

Requirements:
- 2 to 7 years of experience in sales.
- 1 year of experience in the HVAC field.
- At least 1 year of experience in account management or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Experience in client relationships management.
