Your role
The Omni Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing omni shopper strategies that drive consistent brand experiences, strong shopper engagement, and commercial growth across retail environments. Working cross-functionally across sales, brand, retail media, and external partners the Omni Marketing Specialist brings omni activations to life and optimizes execution across shopper touchpoints to maximize performance.
What you will accomplish daily
Drive Consistency Across Shopper Touchpoints

Ensure consistent brand execution across physical, digital, retailer-owned, and third-party channels.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver seamless omni-channel activations.
Lead Omni Activation Execution & Performance

Execute national and customer-specific campaigns in partnership with Retail Media, Sales and agency teams.

Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement using key performance metrics.
Own Digital Shelf Excellence

Manage digital shelf content, including product launches, packaging updates, assortment changes, and content governance.

Optimize product content to improve discoverability, search performance, and conversion.

Track digital shelf performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen online visibility and shopper experience.
What you need to join our team
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent in related field.

2–4 years of experience in marketing, shopper marketing, omni marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or related roles, preferably within CPG, retail, or consumer-focused industries

Experience executing cross-functional marketing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and channels i
-
Strong understanding of omni marketing, shopper journeys, digital shelf, retail media, and retailer ecosystems is an asset
-
Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations is considered a strong asset
