The successful candidate will manage the front desk area while actively supporting the accounting team.

Key Office Management Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume email inbox
- Front desk & office management duties
- Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned
Key Accounting Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume accounts payable
- Support AR functions
- Assist with Payroll Administration
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Must have minimum secondary school education with formal training in accounting
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated track record of maintaining accuracy while working under tight timelines
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines consistently
