We are looking for a Distribution Supervisor to manage hotel distribution systems, rates, inventory, content, and connectivity across direct and third-party sales channels. The role supports Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing, and Operations by ensuring accurate reservation distribution, system integrity, channel optimization, and compliance with company standards.
This position reports to the Director of Distribution and is based in Toronto, ON.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage rate plans, promotions, inventory, room types, and hotel content across reservation and distribution systems.
- Maintain accurate pricing, availability, policies, and content across all booking channels.
- Monitor system performance, perform audits, and resolve distribution, connectivity, and reservation issues.
- Test booking channels to ensure products, rates, and promotions are functioning correctly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support distribution, reservations, and system integrations.
- Maintain GDS, OTA, wholesaler, and direct channel content, rates, and configurations.
- Support website reservation content, negotiated rates, promotions, and partner programs.
- Coordinate new property setup, system implementations, and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide operational support, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with process improvements and user training.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures, distribution standards, and service level expectations.
What You’ll Need:
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- Experience with hotel reservation, CRS, distribution, GDS, OTA, and connectivity platforms preferred.
- Experience with SynXis, TMS, MARSHA, HPP, and related hospitality systems is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel distribution, reservations, revenue management, and connectivity processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
