We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Enter financial transactions, invoices, expenses, and other relevant data into QuickBooks with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain and update databases related to accounts payable, receivable, and other financial records
- Verify accuracy of data entries by cross-referencing source documents such as receipts, invoices, and bank statements
- Organize and file digital and physical documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards
- Assist in reconciling accounts by comparing entries in QuickBooks with bank statements and other financial documents
- Support administrative tasks such as data collection, filing, and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Excel and other office tools
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- Proven office experience with a focus on data entry or administrative support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
- Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for efficient data input
- Experience working with databases, filing systems, and clerical procedures
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior clerical experience involving data collection, filing, and record maintenance is preferred
