Contract Administrator, Operations, Contract
As a Contract Administrator, you can expect to support and work collaboratively with a team of about 30 colleagues your role will be in preparing files so other members on the team to audit and book and then for imaging. You will be ensuring that all files are split into the different Vaults and have the proper naming convention for imaging.
This is a 4-month or 6-month contract opportunity.

Day to Day
- Responsible for file preparation for imaging
- Splitting PDF’s when received as a bundle
- Adding Nomenclature as required for imaging
- Place PDF’s into the correct Vaults
- Complete compliance checks before starting the audit process example address validation.
- Ensure PPSA is complete
- Assist from time to time with PPSA registrations and search requests
- Accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPI’s and SLA’s
- Develop and maintain a positive consultative relationship with customers, and co-workers in support of the overall sales effort.
- As part of the Contract Administration team the Contract Administrator will also be called upon from time to complete other administration responsibilities to ensure effective workload for the entire team.
- Some Overtime and/or restricted PTO usage is needed during peak periods, typically during the last week of the month, quarter and year end.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm EST or 10:30am – 7:00pm EST

Desired Primary Work Location: Burlington, ON
Applicable pay range:
$42,915 - $64,373.46
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, pension plan, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are subject to eligibility.
