What will be your main responsibilities?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our relationship with clients. Here’s an overview of your responsibilities:
- Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of services provided.
- Effective Customer Service: Provide diligent follow-up to both internal and external clients, resolving their issues and addressing their needs.
- Proactivity and Data Accuracy: Anticipate client needs and ensure information accuracy.
- Customer Satisfaction: Act proactively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Compliance with Standards and Regulations: Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards in our warehouses (including safety, BRCGS, HACCP, etc.).
- Goals and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to achieving objectives and continuous performance improvement.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary teams across different time zones.
- Handling Complaints: Manage requests in collaboration with relevant parties.
- Reporting and Compliance: Provide necessary data for report preparation and adhere to current standards, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Related Tasks: Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of our team.
What qualifications are we looking for?
- Education: Collegial or professional degree in a relevant field is an asset for this position.
- Experience: Ideally, between two (2) and five (5) years of experience in a similar role and environment.
- Asset: Experience in the food industry, warehousing, and/or transportation will be considered an advantage.

Hiring Details:
- Languages: Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with the MS Office suite, especially Outlook and virtual documentation. Knowledge of a warehouse management tool (WMS) would be an asset.
- Availability: Willingness to occasionally cover shifts in other time zones.
