Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our construction crew. We build agricultural structures from the ground up, including framing and steel siding. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, steel siding, and general carpentry tasks on agricultural buildings.
- Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors and lead carpenters.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Load, unload, and move building materials as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with framing, steel siding/trim, or general carpentry is preferred.
- Ability to read basic construction plans is an asset.
- Comfortable working from heights and outdoors in various conditions.
- Capable of lifting heavy materials and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
- Ability to work well with others and follow direction.
