Medical Equipment Service Technician:
Company Summary:
Medaris Medical is a multi-vendor, multi-product third party service company based in Markham Ontario servicing over 70 hospitals within the GTA and Southern Ontario Region. We are expanding and require to add to our team of technicians.
Position :
Field Service Technician providing Preventive Maintenance and Repairs for Surgical tables, Surgical Lighting, patient beds and stretchers . This position is home based therefore no need to come into the office. Company car is provided and kept overnight at your residence.
CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN THE WEST GTA , Hamilton , K-W Region
Responsibilities:
· Provide on-site Proactive Preventive Maintenance on regular basis to hospitals and clinics
· Provide reactive repair service on equipment as required
Skills:
· Good verbal / written and administrative skills
· Proficient Computer skills ( MS/Office tools), PDF forms
· Able to work independently
· Good Problem solving skills
· Good customer management and communication skills
Qualifications:
· Electro-mechanical skills
· Hydraulic skills/ experience preferred but not necessary
· Field Service and repair experience
· Valid and clean driver's license
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 50lbs and moving heavy equipment occasionally
