Career1 Staffing is hiring Die Cutter Operators for our client, located in Scarborough.
We are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates who are interested in a long-term opportunity in a manufacturing environment.
Shift Details
Training Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Regular Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Candidates must be comfortable with the training shift and transitioning to the regular morning shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor die-cutting machinery
- Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements
- Load and unload materials
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting as required
- Meet daily production and quality targets
- Perform other general production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a die-cutting machine is an asset
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
