Mediways Physiotherapy is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing, multidisciplinary wellness team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, therapeutic massage)
- Conduct thorough client assessments and consultations, including health history review
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Educate clients on home care, posture, and injury prevention strategies
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control standards are consistently maintained
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Uphold professional ethics, confidentiality, and client-centered care standards
- Stay updated with continuing education and best practices in massage therapy
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in a clinical or multidisciplinary setting
- Knowledge of rehabilitation-based treatments
- Interest in working alongside physiotherapy and rehab programs
