Duties
- Perform high-quality hair services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client needs
- Provide personalized consultations and create looks that enhance each client’s natural style
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout all work areas
- Collaborate with a passionate and supportive team to deliver excellent client experiences
- Stay current with evolving trends, techniques, and product innovations
- Participate in occasional salon content shoots or social features (optional but valued)
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional salon experience
- Expertise or interest in one or more of the following:Hair Treatments, Keratin, Nanoplastia, Scalp Treatments, Haircuts, Advanced Treatments, Hairdos, Hair Extensions(You don’t need to be skilled in all areas — if you’re confident in a few and eager to learn the rest, we’d love to meet you!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to connect, consult, and make clients feel confident
- Strong personality and professional presence with a client-first attitude
- Ability to effectively upsell products and services while maintaining client trust
- Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Clean, organized, and professional work habits
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable being filmed or photographed for salon content is an asset
Work Details
- Full-time position (also available part-time)
- Flexible hours (typically 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., may vary)
- Hourly pay plus incentives
- Location: 528 Homer St, Vancouver, BC V6B 2V6

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
