Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership
Lead multiple complex projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business priorities.
Project Planning and Delivery
Develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, manage budgets, and monitor project performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and senior leadership while providing regular project updates and managing expectations.
Risk and Change Management
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues proactively, and manage project changes while maintaining delivery commitments.
Team Leadership
Guide and mentor project teams, encourage collaboration, remove obstacles, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Performance Reporting
Track key performance indicators, prepare executive level reports, analyze project outcomes, and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.
What We Are Looking For?
Experience
Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including 5 or more years leading large scale projects, cross functional teams, or enterprise level initiatives in a managerial capacity.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. A master's degree is considered an asset.
Project Management Expertise
Demonstrated success managing multiple high value projects with strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor project professionals, make strategic decisions, and deliver results in a fast paced business environment.
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to present project updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
Professional Certifications
Project Management Professional PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile certifications, or equivalent project management credentials are highly desirable.
