Our clinic practices a high standard of medicine, and we recently received AAHA accreditation.

Primary Responsibilities:
We believe in continuous education at Armitage Animal Clinic and that one can never stop learning. Training is available to candidates looking to branch into the veterinary field and show exemplary skills in communication, time management, organization and team skills. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting DVM’s and RVT’s in proper restraints during examinations or procedures.

Maintaining clinic cleanliness including; laundry, vacuuming/mopping, cleaning exam rooms, disinfecting suites and kennels
-
Sterilizing and wrapping surgical instruments
-
Documenting client interactions and updating patient records
-
Communicating with clients about their pet’s care, medications and food.

Answering phone calls and assisting at reception
Hours and Availability:
Armitage Animal Clinic is open from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Fridays. Flexibility with morning and evening shifts is required.
