Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, communicative Coordinator to join our fun, fast-paced team. Think "Silicon Valley" meets "Suits". The ideal candidate will have a background in project coordination and a comfortableness with tight deadlines. Communication and relationships are paramount in our business. As such, English and a patient attitude are a necessity. The candidate must be able to work at least 9 AM - 5 PM PT. Candidates with proficient experience in CRM's will be prioritized, especially those familiar with Zoho Creator.
Duties:
- Campaign management, coordination, and invoicing on our CRM (Zoho Creator)
- Coordinate project tasks and help maintain calendars
- Remind and enforce the company's best practices and policies
- Coordinate and manage team events
- Spot operational inefficiencies and help strategize ways to improve
- Assist the executive team
- Onboarding and training
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong communication skills with a variety of personality types
- Strong social IQ
- Experience with Google Suite for office tasks
- Basic financial experience for tasks such as invoicing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Comfortability in working alone (work from home environment)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to computerize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with ChatGPT
- A desire to "work smart"
- A desire to learn
- Tech savvy
- Onboarding and Training
Bonus Skillsets:
- Experience with CRM's (especially Zoho Creator)
