Pickering Volkswagen is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team.
We're looking for someone with a strong desire to succeed who will be invested in their personal growth as well as the growth of the sales department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- achieving sales targets set by the leadership at Pickering VW
- achieving CES targets
- delivering an enjoyable customer experience both during and after the sale
- following the sales process from start to finish
- effectively following up with customers throughout their buying process
- obtaining appointments and prospecting new business
- achieving personal goals set up by yourself and the department manager
- maintaining strong product knowledge of current and future VW lineup
- assist customers on day of pick up in regards to features and use of vehicle as well as introducing them to our service and parts department
- selling both new and used vehicles
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- OMVIC license preferred but not required
- Ability to work well and independently under pressure
- previous sales experience is an asset but is not required nor preferred

Yearly compensation range for this role is between $60,000 - $100,000. Commission pay structure.
