Enbridge is hiring a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst right now—when you apply, Raise will review your application within 48 hours and contact qualified applicants for interviews.
What to Expect:
As a member of the supply chain team, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing tasks, projects and processes that relate to the modification of vendor master databases and all interconnected systems & interfaces. This role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, including a third-party team responsible for the vendor master data record creation and maintenance.
The Data Analyst will be reporting to the Team Lead for Supplier Onboarding and Master Data.
Responsibilities Include:

Execute requests to update master data in ERP’s and ensure compliance with master data governance.

Analyze and resolve complex vendor master data issues such as reducing duplicates and merging vendor records as requested.

Be empowered to bring resolution to stakeholders through the escalation process, providing exceptional customer service while balancing the customer and company’s best interests.

Key contact for vendor master data management in support of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. This includes identifying data readiness issues against current data standards, providing recommendations to remediate, plan and implement resolution and escalate as the need arises.

Monitoring and maintenance of Master Data Dashboards/KPIs and remediation of data errors.

Perform data audits as required in all ERP’s on a regular basis

Support the banking modification process when request volumes are high.

Assist with the refresh of desktop procedures for ERP documentation

Lead data cleansing efforts in multiple ERP’s
Qualifications:
-
3-5 years of related experience in a similar role
-
Demonstrate initiative, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.
-
High proficiency in data analysis skills in Excel and Power BI
-
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a cooperative work environment.

Experience with data sustainment and master data governance practices
-
Experience with executing mass uploads to ERP’s using standard templates; following up on failed items and completing successful uploads.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills and work with a sense of urgency

Experience in working in multiple ERP’s including Oracle Cloud, SAP, Oracle EBS, and in some instances Ariba.

Clear communicator, problem solver, ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and completeness including the ability to spot errors
Desired:
-
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain or logistics and/or 3+ years of experience in supply chain (including Accounts Payable and Procurement) in an organization of comparable size and complexity, preferably oil and gas

Experience working in contemporary procurement and payment systems and processes;

Experience with any major source to pay software/ERP such as Ariba/SAP/Oracle Cloud/GEP/Coupa (Oracle Cloud is ideal)

Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Excel.
