Duties
- Assist senior hairstylists with hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing techniques to enhance client satisfaction
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable hair services and products
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, managing appointment schedules, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Upsell retail hair care products and treatments that complement clients’ styles and meet their individual needs
- Support front desk operations by checking in clients, managing bookings, and processing payments efficiently
