Your opportunity

Our Kincardine office is looking for a part-time Intermediate Administrative Assistant to join our team and own the following responsibilities:

Greet all visitors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
Ensure that incoming client requests, calls, emails and faxes are addressed promptly and professionally or are directed to the appropriate individual
Manage client invoices, client and contact databases, time and expense reports, meeting and travel coordination, etc
Print financial statements and tax returns
Filing and administration of corporate tax, personal tax and GST/HST returns
Provide assistance during events organized by the Firm
Other additional administrative support duties as assigned

Your experience and education

Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in an administrative or similar role
Previous experience working in an accounting or professional services firm is considered an asset but not required
You enjoy working within a professional office environment
You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment while ensuring consistently positive client service
