Job Description: Warehouse Attendant
Major Job Tasks
- Convey various materials and items from receiving to storage.
- Transport material to jobsites on a ongoing basis under the instruction of site personnel.
- Assist and take lead on monthly warehouse inspection.
- Help to enhance and promote a strong health, safety and environmental (HSE) culture within the warehouse.
- Perform regular warehouse floor maintenance; sweep, inventory audits and organize material inside warehouse in accordance with industry standard.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance; corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance need to ensure all equipment is in proper operating order.
- Keep all storage areas for maintenance equipment, supplies, tools, etc. in a dirt free, tidy and organized condition.
- Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory, materials and equipment organization.
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups and logistics for multiple job sites.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track material usage.
- Oversee loading and unloading of tools, materials and equipment.
- Perform or coordinate minor equipment repairs and maintenance (e.g., compressors, generators, small tools).
- Keep the shop, yard and vehicles clean, safe and well-organized.
- Support field crews by preparing and staging materials for upcoming jobs.
- Ensure adherence to safety and maintenance standards across the warehouse and yard.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to the ability to professionally interact with others, and present ideas, proposals and results to manage
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily work as assigned by Management, including tracking and maintaining inventory, and properly completing required audit functions
- Working knowledge of warehousing processes and procedures, warehouse equipment operation, and general mechanical maintenance. Educational training will also be given consideration

Supervisory Responsibility
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Certificate in Logistic or related discipline is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Two years related work experience require Experience in a Maintenance, Repair or Operations environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Certificate of Recognition (COR – Ontario)

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
