About the Role:
The Project Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. This position requires managing cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager is responsible for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. They will also drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future initiatives. Ultimately, this role ensures the successful delivery of high-impact projects that contribute to the company’s strategic objectives and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of progressive project management experience, including managing large-scale or complex projects.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Experience with project management software tools such as Wrike, Microsoft Project/Planner, JIRA, or Asana.

Familiarity with budgeting and financial management related to project delivery.

Experience in the development of electronic and software products, especially for industrial and commercial applications

Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s in Project Management.
Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors, to achieve project milestones.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.

Facilitate regular project team meetings and provide transparent communication to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-project evaluations and integrating best practices into future projects.
