Head of Campaign Management
Location: Remote
Pay: $90,000 / year
Working hours and availability: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
*This role may require providing on-call support to the Campaign Management team and senior management outside of regular working hours, when needed.

Role overview:
As the Head of Campaign Management, you’ll lead our Campaign Management team while managing your own portfolio of brand and creator partnerships. You’ll set the standard for campaign execution and ensure both your campaigns and your team’s campaigns are delivered successfully.
Like our Campaign Managers, you’ll build and manage relationships between brands and influencers, ensuring social media campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. In addition to managing campaigns, you’ll provide leadership and support to a team of Campaign Managers, helping them solve challenges, develop their skills and succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between influencers and brand partners, ensuring clear communication and timely campaign execution.
- Manage a high volume of daily communication with creators, brand partners, and internal team members across multiple active campaigns.
- Oversee campaign deliverables from start to finish, ensuring all content meets brand guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate campaign data, creator information, and deliverables within our internal system, keeping campaigns organized and on track.
- Build strong lasting relationships with influencers and brand partners, creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and rising influencers to contribute fresh ideas and opportunities.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of Campaign Managers by providing guidance, supporting day-to-day decision-making, and serving as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting campaign challenges.
- Train and onboard new Campaign Managers, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
- Review campaign performance metrics and individual performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and support the ongoing professional development of the team.
- Run weekly Campaign Management meetings with each Campaign Manager to align priorities, share updates, and foster collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes and increase efficiency.
- Lead by example by maintaining a high standard of communication, organization, and client service across all campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced role requiring strong organization, communication, and relationship management skills. Experience in campaign management, account management, customer success, operations, project coordination, or a similar field is an asset.
- 1+ years experience leading, mentoring, training or supporting teammates.
- Leadership abilities, who enjoys helping others succeed, providing feedback, and creating a positive team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and conversations, while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build trust and maintain positive relationship with internal teams, creators, and brand partners
- Ability to confidently problem-solve, make decisions, and support others in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience reviewing performance metrics and tracking KPI’s is an asset
- Comfortable learning and working within operational systems such as Airtable or similar platforms (or the ability to learn new systems quickly).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership. Is able to balance individual responsibilities with team leadership
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Influencer marketing or digital marketing is considered an asset but is not required.
