Job Summary
5 Position available Corrugated Glue Operators.
We are seeking a dedicated Flexo Folder Gluer Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexo folder gluer machinery to produce high-quality folding cartons and packaging products.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor flexo folder gluer machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Adjust machine settings according to job specifications, including folding, gluing, and cutting parameters.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly, utilizing mechanical knowledge to resolve problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, including job documentation and quality control reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of machinery and materials.
- Must read,write and communicate in English.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating flexo folder gluer machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.
- Experience working in manufacturing or packaging environments
- Knowledge of packaging materials and processes related to folding cartons.
