Duties
- Prepare fresh salads and ingredients according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station and kitchen area
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients
- Support the team during busy periods by serving customers efficiently and courteously
- Learn and adhere to all health regulations related to food handling and safety
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance culinary skills and product knowledge
Skills
- Strong interest in food preparation, cooking, and the food industry
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, positive attitude toward customers
- Basic understanding of food handling and safety procedures
