Gateway Exteriors Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Siding Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a team environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional results for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Install vinyl siding, soffit, and fascia on residential and light commercial projects
- Measure, cut, and install exterior cladding products accurately and efficiently
- Install and repair exterior finishing components including trims, flashings, and accessories
- Read and interpret work orders, plans, and installation specifications
- Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite
- Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers
- Perform daily equipment and tool maintenance as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience installing vinyl siding, soffit, and fascia
- Experience operating an aluminum brake and fabricating custom aluminum trim and capping
- Experience measuring, cutting, bending, and installing aluminum flashings and exterior finishing components
- Strong knowledge of exterior renovation and construction practices
- Ability to work safely at heights and on ladders/scaffolding
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience installing any of the following products is considered a strong asset:
- Eavestrough systems
- Aluminum siding
- James Hardie fibre cement siding
- Maibec siding
- Maibec CanExel engineered siding
- Exterior insulation and weather barrier systems
- Specialty trims and exterior finishing products
