KORE, one of the largest Irrigation and Landscape Lighting companies in the Lower Mainland is looking to a fill a Forman/Crew installer position. Experience is required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year irrigation experience
- Good work ethic
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Team player who is fluent in English
- Dependable and responsible
- Valid driver's license
- MUST have reliable vehicle to get to job sites - transit not an option
Additional requirements for Forman:
- 3-5 years experience as an irrigation installer
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, tools, and techniques
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication skills
Forman responsibilities:
- Supervise/coordinate the activities of crew on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
- Interpret drawings and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain high standards of quality control.
- Train and mentor crew members
Crew Job Duties:
- Assist crew foreman with install duties including other job related labour
- Utilize hand / power tools, and other necessary equipment to complete job tasks
- Move and transport material using shovels, wheelbarrows, and manual lifting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour
