We are currently seeking a Repair Technicianto join our organization.

About the Job:

The Repair Technician will work with Sales and Warranty teams in delivering pre-eminent customer service in the clients’ homes.

The Repair Technician reports to the Regional Director and the Warranty Department as required. The Repair Technician will respond to service calls at a clients’ home and fabrication shops as directed by Warranty Department. Travel will be required, typically within a three-hour radius of our Vaughan location, however other travel beyond this radius may be required.

The Repair Technician is required to utilize their experience during service calls to make an informed assessment of on-site issues. They are required to assemble and file a report of all findings to the Warranty Department Team. When warranted, the Repair Technician may perform repairs on site at the client’s home.

When attending our clients’ homes, the Repair Technician represents our brand: strong communications skills both oral and written are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications are also a must have.


  • Experience with Quartz products preferred
  • Understanding of solid surface (granite and quartz) installation and service
  • Strong customer service and communications skills
  • Solid understanding of Quartz/Granite repair methods and the specific tools used
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel
  • G License with clean abstract
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Own tools an asset, but not required
