Castle Construction is looking for a Safety Coordinator to join our team in Southwest Manitoba.
We are looking for someone who is organized, motivated and comfortable working with crews in the field, shops, trucking operations, and construction and oilfield environments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain COR and company safety programs
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits
- Coordinate orientations and training records
- Incident reporting and investigations
- Assist with customer safety requirements and compliance
- Support our crews in the field and at the shop
- And other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Safety experience preferred
- NCSO, CRSP, or related training considered an asset
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Knowledge of trucking, construction, or oilfield operations is an asset
- Ability to communicate with crews and customers professionally
- Valid driver's licence required
