A real estate developer is seeking a driven Sales Representative to support one of our presentation centres.

This role is a great fit for someone who is newer to real estate, eager to learn, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in multi-family presales, project marketing, and new development sales. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with purchasers, realtors, and the public in a professional sales environment.
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
Days Required: Saturday to Wednesday
A current BC Real Estate Licence is preferred, but we are also open to speaking with strong candidates who are actively working toward licensing or have relevant experience in sales, customer service, administration, hospitality, marketing, or real estate.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Act as a front-line representative for Vanguard Real Estate Marketing and our represented developments.
- Welcome guests and provide an excellent first impression at the presentation centre or sales office.
- Engage with prospective purchasers, realtors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with day-to-day sales activities, follow-up, database updates, and administrative support.
- Learn the details of each development, including floorplans, pricing, features, incentives, and availability.
- Help identify buyer needs and guide them through the early stages of the sales process.
- Work closely with the team to support sales goals and maintain strong relationships with clients and realtors.
- Represent the project and brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Daily Duties and Tasks:
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors, purchasers, and realtors.
- Provide an overview of the development, homes, amenities, pricing, and available incentives.
- Follow up with sales inquiries by phone, text, and email.
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the project database or CRM.
- Help keep registrant and purchaser information organized and up to date.
- Assist with weekly sales and traffic reporting.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures at the sales centre.
- Help prepare sales materials, information packages, feature sheets, and availability updates.
- Stay informed on surrounding communities, comparable developments, and current market activity.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident when speaking with clients and realtors.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Willingness to learn about new development sales, presales, contracts, disclosure statements, and the overall buying process.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, hospitality, administration, or marketing is an asset.
- A BC Real Estate Licence is considered an asset, but is not required for all applicants.
- Familiarity with REDMA, Avesdo, Spark, MLS, or CRM systems is an asset, but training can be provided.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle, with the ability to commute to sales locations throughout the Lower Mainland.
