We are looking for a pro-active and versatile Reporting Analyst or Senior Reporting Analystto join our dynamic, fast-paced team.

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, Real Assets, this newly created role is important because you will assist with the reporting and day-to-day operations of the real assets portfolio. As a member of the CAAT Investment Team, you will support our growth by introducing and/or implementing processes, which improve efficiency and assist with portfolio decision making.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
Strong understanding of capital and/or private markets
Demonstrated ability to initiate and improve reporting and other processes
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
Strong computer skills (high proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel)
Self-starter with good judgement and an ability to work independently
CFA, CPA and/or MBA are preferred but not required
You have a University Degree, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial reporting role and/or working with private markets funds at a pension fund, investment management firm or audit firm, with a demonstrated ability to learn investment software and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Once here:
You will produce quarterly performance, year-end valuation and other reports for the Investment Team, Investment Committee and other Stakeholders
You will maintain and update real asset portfolio data including CAAT’s real asset investment pacing model
You will assist with day-to-day operations of the real assets portfolio (approving cash transactions, ensuring bank accounts are available, etc)
You will develop a framework for filing and retaining documents in a systemized fashion
You will review and evaluate responses for our annual ESG survey
You may also assist with ad hoc projects related to CAAT’s real asset portfolio
