This Senior Branch Manager role is looking for a highly experienced operations leader who can oversee multiple branches, drive sales and profitability, and develop branch managers while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the performance and operations of multiple branch locations.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory to support branch teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, profitability, inventory, and labor productivity.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and their teams.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
- Build strong customer relationships to increase sales and retention.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Report business performance and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- 6+ years of branch management experience, preferably managing multiple locations.
- Experience in retail, service centers, or a related industry (automotive experience is an asset).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and profit & loss (P&L) management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
