Role Summary
Keirton is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our finance
operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. The successful candidate will keep cash
flow visible, payments prioritized, AP and AR running cleanly, and month-end on schedule.
Comfort coordinating across vendors, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the weekly cash flow forecast and surface variances early.
- Oversee AP processing and weekly payment runs.
- Manage the must-pay vendor schedule and weekly payment prioritization.
- Manage vendor escalations and coordinate payment plans.
- Coordinate AP and AR execution across internal and offshore teams.
- Oversee the customer collections process.
- Investigate and resolve payment holds, invoice disputes, and reconciliation issues.
- Partner with the offshore/shared-service team on transactional throughput and quality.
- Month-end close tasks: journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Serve as the day-to-day escalation point for finance operations questions from internal teams,
customers, and vendors.
- Provide AR and AP coverage, including data entry, when resources are unavailable.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on AP, AR, and treasury operations experience, including bank
reconciliations.
- Supervisory experience, with accounting knowledge sufficient to ensure transactions are
recorded properly and to resolve issues as they arise.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and manage competing demands.
- Strong ERP background; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred,
or ability to ramp quickly.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Conversational or fluent Spanish
